Congratulations and welcome.

Thank you for engaging Chantal Gerardy from Online Business Marketing Pty Ltd.

This program is designed to help you build meaningful, profitable and easy to manage marketing through strategy, systems, support and accountability.

Each program or project is created solely for your business and all strategies and concepts are not to be shared or utilised by anyone other than your employees, team or direct partners.

Over the course of the program or project, I will provide ideas and tactics designed to give you the skills, strategies and systems to use in your online marketing. These are based on my experience and professional opinion.

To achieve your program goals, you agree to work collaboratively, remain open minded and commit to implementation.

By purchasing, making payment, or agreeing to proceed with one of our programs, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

The following ‘Terms of Engagement’ summarise how we will work together.

1. One on One

1.1 My Role

I will act in the role of your consultant, strategist and coach.

I will guide you through the fundamentals of meaningful marketing tailored specifically to your business.

Your results will be determined by the action you take.

Failure to book and attend sessions within the given timeframe may result in incomplete implementation and sessions cannot be extended.

1.2 Training & Development

This program includes training and development for:

a) Business Owner
b) Marketing Manager
c) Marketing Doer
d) Virtual Assistant

The goal is to build internal capability and sustainable marketing systems.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that completing agreed tasks between sessions is essential.

Please attend sessions with:

a) Laptop or desktop (not mobile)
b) Login details
c) Homework completed
d) Priority tasks prepared

Time spent resolving login issues is considered part of the session.

2. Sessions

2.1 Booking Responsibility

All sessions must be booked using the booking link.

You are responsible for:

a) Booking sessions
b) Attending sessions
c) Preparing for sessions
d) Implementing agreed actions

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Unused sessions:

a) Do not roll over
b) Are non refundable
c) Cannot be transferred

2.2 Session Environment

Sessions must be attended:

a) In a quiet environment
b) With stable internet
c) On desktop or laptop

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled if:

a) Internet unstable
b) Sound issues
c) Environment unsuitable

All sessions must be attended on desktop, not mobile.

2.3 Late Arrivals & No Shows

a) Late arrivals do not extend session time
b) Failure to attend within 10 minutes may result in forfeited session
c) No refund or reschedule for missed sessions

2.4 Session Rhythm & Rescheduling

This program is designed to follow the agreed session rhythm, which may include weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions depending on your program.

If either party is unable to maintain the intended session rhythm, sessions will be rescheduled and made up where reasonably possible within the program period or as otherwise agreed.

Rescheduled or delayed sessions are not refundable.

Session dates, notes, and session history may be tracked in a shared Google document.

3. Communication

3.1 General Communication

Communication should be via:

a) Email
b) VIP Group
c) Approved channels

Replies typically within:

48–72 business hours

3.2 Business Owner as Primary Contact

The Business Owner is the primary contact.

All communication will be sent to the Business Owner.

The Business Owner is responsible for:

a) Sharing internally
b) Team access
c) Updates

4. Session Notes, Recordings & Transcripts

4.1 Client Notes & Workbook Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to take notes during sessions, review shared session materials, and complete any workbook, action items, or their Marketing Handbook using the content covered throughout the program.


You acknowledge that sessions may be delivered in an order that best suits your business needs at the time, and not always in a fixed or sequential format.

4.2 Session Recordings & Transcripts

You will receive:
a) Shared Google document
b) Zoom recordings
c) Otter transcripts

Recordings may expire.

It is your responsibility to:
a) Download recordings
b) Keep sessions up to date
c) Maintain access

We are not responsible for:
a) Expired recordings
b) Missing recordings
c) Technical issues
d) Transcript errors

5. Bonus Content

Programs may include bonus:

a) Training
b) Courses
c) Templates
d) Resources

This is bonus content and may change over time.

6. Scope & Boundaries

Each program includes specific inclusions.

Requests outside scope may require:

a) Separate quote
b) Additional agreement

Program Duration

Program duration varies depending on engagement.

This may include:

a) 8 week programs
b) 5 month programs
c) 12 month programs
d) Custom engagements

Sessions must be used within timeframe.

Unused sessions are forfeited.

7. Program Duration & Minium Commitment

7.1 Program Duration

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.
Unused sessions are forfeited.

7.2 Minimum Commitment

Where your program or offer includes a minimum term, that minimum term applies as agreed at the time of purchase, proposal, invoice, or payment plan.


This may include a minimum number of months for support, strategy, implementation, platform access, or subscription based services.


Early cancellation does not remove the obligation to complete any minimum commitment payments.

8. Program Continuity

Programs cannot be paused, restarted or reset.

Program continues regardless of:

a) Team changes
b) Business changes
c) Staff changes

9. Payment Terms & Responsibility

9.1 Minimum Term Payment Obligation

If your program includes a minimum number of months, you remain responsible for all payments within that minimum term regardless of attendance, usage, pace of implementation, or changes within your business.

9.2 Payment Responsibility

If you are on a payment plan or in a subscription, payments must be maintained in accordance with your agreed terms.

Payment obligations continue regardless of:
a) Attendance
b) Participation
c) Implementation

10. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

a) No refunds
b) No holds
c) No exchanges

11. Confidentiality

All information is confidential.

Includes:

a) Strategy
b) Materials
c) Group discussions

12. Intellectual Property

All materials remain property of Online Business Marketing.

Materials may not be:

a) Shared
b) Copied
c) Resold

13. Third Party Platforms

We may use:

a) Zoom
b) Google
c) Email platforms
d) Training platforms

We are not responsible for:

a) Platform outages
b) Policy changes
c) Technical issues

14. Limitation of Liability

Results depend on:

a) Implementation
b) Business model
c) Team engagement

No results guaranteed.

15. Behaviour Expectations

Clients expected to:

a) Be respectful
b) Maintain professionalism
c) Support group environment

We reserve the right to remove access if behaviour inappropriate.

16. Group – The Marketing Implementation Hub

Clients are encouraged to:

a) Attend weekly masterclasses
b) Join VIP group
c) Access course content in School
d) Ask questions
e) Stay accountable
f) Network with members

Encourage regular attendance for:

a) Education
b) Accountability
c) Networking

17. Replay Days

Topics and updates are shared weekly.

Some weeks may be REPLAY days when:

a) Travelling
b) Presenting
c) Public holidays

Clients are encouraged to:

a) Block time weekly
b) Complete recommended training
c) Use training tracker
d) Catch up on replays

We follow AU and QLD public holidays.

18. Communication Timeframes

Replies typically within:

19. Training & Education Expectations

Clients are encouraged to treat this program as ongoing training and development.

You are encouraged to:

a) Attend weekly masterclasses
b) Block time for training
c) Review replays
d) Complete recommended training
e) Work through training tracker

Training is designed for:

a) Business owners
b) Marketing managers
c) Marketing doers
d) Virtual assistants

Regular attendance and participation will support:

a) Better implementation
b) Greater clarity
c) Improved results
d) Sustainable marketing systems

20. Acceptance

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
